Project SPELL is incorporated in libraries across the state to work with other early childhood service agencies, such as PAT and HIPPY programs, to empower parents with young chilren to embed\u00a0early literacy activities in their daily lives, as well remove\u00a0the barriers to libraries that some families experience.
