Embarking on a New Chapter: Brian Conly Joins Parent Possible as Executive Director

“Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire.” – William Butler Yeats.

Following the departure of former executive director Heather Tritten, Parent Possible is thrilled to announce the appointment of Brian Conly as our new executive director. In a pivotal moment for our organization, Parent Possible’s board of directors and stakeholders conducted an extensive search to find a leader with a passion for empowering families.

As executive director of Adam’s Camp, a program focusing on therapeutic interventions for individuals with special needs, Brian showcased his commitment to holistic family support. His prior roles, including deputy director of the Office of Early Childhood with the Colorado Department of Human Services and a decade-long tenure as the executive director of Bal Swan Children’s Center, reflect his instrumental role in implementing reforms, achieving program outcomes, and garnering national recognition for innovative practices. Brian brings 22 years in early childhood education, along with his diverse experience across various organizations. He was recognized as a Temple Hoyne Buell Fellow in 2009 and honored with a Heart of Broomfield award for education.

Brian’s dedication to continued learning and growth is evident through his educational background, including a BS in Early Childhood Education, an MBA, and an MS in Management & Organizations.

Brian’s passion for early childhood education, coupled with his proven track record, aligns seamlessly with our organization’s mission and values.”- Megan Wilson, Board Chair.

Parent Possible is confident that Brian Conly will play a key role in advancing our mission of supporting families and fostering the well-being of children. His leadership, coupled with his experience and passion, make him the perfect fit to guide Parent Possible into a bright and impactful future.

Join us in welcoming Brian Conly as our new executive director effective January 18th. We look forward to the exciting journey ahead!
